It Just Started with “Chal Try Karte Hain” 🖌️
Back in 2020, when the world paused, two sisters — Kirti and Harshita — picked up their pencils.
Harshita began sketching random faces for fun, while Kirti explored DIY crafts, gifting, and handmade packaging.
Though their paths looked different, creativity always brought them back together.
By 2025, they realized — why keep it to themselves? If their art could bring them joy, maybe it could do the same for others.
MyQala was built — straight from late-night doodles and chai-fueled dreams.
Fueled by love, laughter, and way too many trial-and-error sketches.
It’s a journey of turning blank pages into moments you can frame.
A place where every portrait isn’t just drawn,
but felt — with emotion, stories, and a pinch of sister magic.
Their first sketch? Their parents. Not perfect, but full of love.
And even now, they wait just as eagerly as the customers — not just to deliver a sketch, but to see the smile it brings.

Why the name My Qala?
Choosing a name wasn’t just about branding — it was about finding an identity that felt like us.
“Qala” means art in Hindi — a word that reflects our deepest passion, our strength, and our craft. But we didn’t want it to be just our journey. By adding “My” before Qala, we made it yours too — so every person who visits feels like they’re a part of this story.
When you say MyQala, it sounds like something personal, something trusted — a place where your memories are turned into timeless art.
The name also beautifully blends Hindi and English — representing Indian artistry with a modern heart. And yes, we were once confused between Kala and Qala, until a favorite movie reminded us that Qala would be just perfect.
