We understand that sometimes, even with the most personalized creations, questions about returns and refunds can arise. This policy is designed to clearly outline our procedures, ensuring a transparent and fair experience for everyone.

We strive for your complete delight with every Myqala sketch. Each piece of art is custom-made specifically for you, reflecting your personal requests and details. Due to this highly personalized process, our return and refund policy is tailored to the unique nature of our custom artwork.
Return & Refund Policy for Custom Sketches
All sales are final on customized sketches, with a partial refund option for returns.
Because your sketch is created exclusively for you, we are unable to offer a 100% refund on returned orders. However, your satisfaction remains important to us, and we offer a partial refund under the following conditions:
- 50% Refund for Returns: If you're not entirely satisfied with your custom sketch, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned item, Myqala will initiate a 50% refund of the original purchase price.
- Condition of Returned Items: For a partial refund to be eligible, returned sketches must be in their original condition and packaging. Any damage to the artwork that was not reported upon initial receipt may affect your eligibility for a refund.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Myqala cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our friendly customer service team within the 14-day return window at shopmyqala@gmail.com or call us at +91 8053776957. We'll provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we'll send you an email notification. The 50% refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
What if Your Sketch Arrives Damaged or is Defective?
We take immense care in packaging your custom artwork for safe delivery. However, in the rare event that your sketch arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Reporting Damage: To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please email us at shopmyqala@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging.
- Resolution: We will promptly assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement of your sketch or a full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
Order Cancellations
Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our work, the customization process for your sketch begins very soon after your order is placed. Therefore, orders for custom sketches cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
